Built with Precision

Behind every bottle lies a meticulous process where technical precision meets craftsmanship. The details of our cellar.

A Modern Winery

A modern winery with a total capacity of approximately 3,955 hectolitres, equipped with temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks. Our cellar allows for parcel-by-parcel vinification and the careful temperature management needed to preserve the quality and character of each wine.

Oak and Maturation

Our wines gain depth from toasted French oak staves and toasted oak chips, while maturation takes place in precisely controlled stainless steel tanks.

Temperature & Humidity Control

Our winery is kept in a controlled environment to ensure optimal production and storage conditions throughout the year; temperature and humidity are monitored and adjusted as required to protect the quality of the wine.

The Cellar Team

Working under the guidance of consulting oenologist Patricia Guery (EVV Œnologie), our Bergerac cellar team accompanies every vintage with care, led by an experienced cellar master.
