The 2023 vintage of Monbazillac is a perfect expression of noble rot (Botrytis), with its richness, honeyed character and notes of apricot and tropical fruit.
Behind its pale, bright colour, the palate reveals a fruity character. The tannins are very soft and almost imperceptible, allowing the silky texture and vibrant fruit of the wine to come to the fore.
It offers an impeccable accompaniment to foie gras, goat's cheese, fruit, roast chicken and curry.
