Alcohol

Best enjoyed 2025–2026

Offered in the 2004 and 2008 vintages, Saussignac shows a pleasing complexity on the nose: beeswax aromas mingle with toasted notes, peach compote and apricot marmalade.

The palate mirrors the nose — highly expressive and balanced, never feeling excessively sweet at any point. Light in body, with a structure held in check by an appealing freshness.

An ideal companion for cheeses — particularly blue-veined varieties such as Bleu d'Auvergne or Roquefort — or a fine match for fruit salads.
